3rd Annual Harvey Milk Day Celebration

Come join in this community event to celebrate the legacy of Harvey Milk as we continue to work to create a community where all children and youth feel safe in their schools as well as affirmed and cherished in all their uniqueness.

The East Bay Gay Men's Chorus will be on hand and we will view a short filmed produced by PBS: Not In Our Town: Staging a Response to Hate about the town of Newark, CA reponse after the death of transgender teenager Gwen Araujo.  (Please note, this film is must suitable for middle and high school students only).

Throughtout the event there will be a KIDZONE for children of all ages sponsored by Dance Out Loud.
