OUR FIRST DAY-LONG RETREAT

Alameda Sangha's regular teachers, Pauletta Chanco, Rebecca Dixon, Anthony Rodgers will lead this day of continuous practice with alternating periods of
sitting,walking and dharma talks. This retreat is suitable for those at all levels who feel ready to practice for eight hours.
The venue has comfortable chairs and you may bring any sitting supplies you want. Please bring a bag lunch to eat in slience and arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.
