What is Birth Art? Art serves as a visual representation of beliefs and perceptions through the use of drawing, painting, sculpture and other media. Exploring ideas with an alternative media such as art can reveal details and beliefs that might never be revealed through spoken language alone. Your approach to art can shed insight into how you approach other areas in your life that are unfamiliar, such as birthing. Our Birth Art sessions are 1-1/2 hours and may include drawing with pastels, exploring with paint and/or creating with clay. Please join us for a session to reveal how you envision your birth.
