Boot Camp for the Belly Blues

This core-centric workshop is all about building strength from deep within your core. We'll sequence Pilates exercises with yoga poses to maximize the benefits of every movement. Work it, work it, work it!! Get strong, feel energized and look amazing!! And on top of all that, you'll still get the stress reduction, feel-good-all-over benefits of a mind-body practice. Attendees will receive a guest pass to attend one Saturday morning Core: Pilates & Yoga class. (Details tba.)
