If you're serious about fitness and ready to try dragon boat racing, come to our twice-a-week (Mondays and Wednesdays) dragon boat boot camp, where the workouts are challenging and cheap. Our boot camp format was developed by experienced dragon boat coaches and a certified trainer to give overall fitness with a dragon boat edge. Participants gain strength, mobility, stamina and friendship in a highly motivating environment.
