PCT offers safe environments that challenge Oakland youth, through circus arts training, to live the core principles of hard work, teamwork, practice, belief in self. Programs promote the skills and self-confidence children need to thrive on stage and in life. Programs consist of free afterschool, weekend and summer programs for over 250 Oakland youth each year.
