Ever wonder if happiness is possible for you? The Dalai Lama and the Buddha both say, yes, with mind traiing. Find out how, through techniques offered in the Theravada Buddhist tradition. Sitting meditation, reflection exercises and discussion included.In the book, the Art of Happiness, when the Dalai Lama was asked if happiness was possible for everyone, he answered, 'Yes, I believe happiness can be achieved through mind training.'
