The public is invited to a free premiere screening of "Occupy Readers Theater!!!". This Video TV Production provides 26 perspectives on the Occupy movement. It features Bay Area readers, including Alamedans Ken Peterson, Deborah James, Ann Channin and Mary Loughran. "Occupy!!!" was written by Mary Rudge and produced by Glenda Barbera with music by Tom Golden.
Everyone is welcome. The event will take place in Community Room B (1st floor). Stage Producers are invited to give ideas on taking this production to the stage in schools and community theater. Audience comments about the program will be appreciated. The evening will be videoed by Glenda Barbera of "The Star Rover" TV show.
KPFA-FM radio's "Occupy!!! Readers Theater" counterpart to this video, has been heard on 200 radio stations nationwide. Produced by Nina Serrano and Jill Montgomery, it includes Alamedans Marjorie Lynne Wagner, Ishtar-Lhotus and others.
