The City of Alameda Democratic Club is hosting an open mic poetry and spoken word event called Politics and Poetry. The event will be hosted by Noted Actor Rod Arrants from the film Rent. The event is scheduled September 15th from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the City of Alameda Democratic Club Headquarters located in the Southshore Mall - Location 2223.
