7th& 8th Grade Rowing Introduction to Rowing (no experience needed)

For beginner rowers in the 7th & 8th grades, we offer a 3 week, 3 day/week Introduction to Rowing program, which will prepare beginners to join the Racing Team or our Recreational class at any point during the season.  

The emphasis is on learning, physical conditioning, teamwork, and of course fun!  This is an excellent opportunity to try out the sport and learn the tools and techniques they'll need to continue as rowers!

Practices are W,F 4:00-6:00PM and Sat 7:30-9:30AM.
