Senior Health & Fitness Day

Get Moving…Start Improving

That’s the theme of this year’s National Senior Health & Fitness Day, celebrated on May 30th this year, and that’s what’s going to be going on at the Harbor Bay Club, with a big dose of FUN thrown in, as HBC and Alameda Hospital team up to acknowledge this special day!

Join us on May 30th for Aqua Aerobics, Fitness Walkers, Cardio in a Chair, a lecture on Strength & Relaxation Techniques for neck, shoulders, & posture, blood pressure, blood glucose & diabetic screening, snacks & beverages, and more as HBC joins the rest of the country in celebrating this special day.
