In Part 1 (April 3), learn about stress and how it affects your health.  Practice using breath to engage the Relaxation Responsse, relaxing our minds and bodies.In Part 2 (April 17), learn to use guided imagery to remember a state of perfect wellness.  This powerful tool is helpful for stress reduction and self healing.
