We will ride over the Park Street Bridge, stop briefly at Jack London Square, continue on to the Mandela Parkway, short stops at the Emeryville Amtrak Station and Berkeley Aquatic Park, ascend the University Avenue pedestrian overpass, and continue along the bay front to the Race Track. We will each need to pay $3 for entry and $2 tip for the valet parking attendant to watch our bikes. Dollar Day at the Track for refreshments. The return trip to Alameda will be on BART, North Berkeley station to Fruitvale station, $2.20 fare. Remember - helmet, water & sun block…and for this trip some money for the Track & BART.
