
What is it? A dynamic Vinyasa-style class that promotes strength, flexibility, endurance, and curiosity. The focus is on alignment, breath, and mind-body connection while creating awareness around what each posture offers.
What will it be like? We will first warm up. Throughout practice I will demonstrate all poses and then walk around the room to make tactful adjustments (you can always decline!). We will end class with a yummy savasana (relaxation). Classes vary from week to week and a short meditation is held in some sessions.
