Wire Bezels, Cages, Coils & Wraps Class

Go beyond the basic wire-wrapped loop by exploring different ways to wrap a bead, whether they are smooth, irregular or top-drilled! There are many different ways to embellish beads with wire, and in this intermediate workshop, students will learn three classic techniques: Briolette Wrapping,  Herringbone Weave Bezel, and Wire Cages.

In this 4-hour class, not only will you learn and practice all three techniques, but you will also master the techniques and leave with finished pieces! Learn to create beautiful components for bracelets, necklaces, or earrings. You can create organic or sleek designs, depending on beads used.

Prerequisite: Basic Earring & Wire Class or Wire Work Necklace or Rosary Class or equivalent. (Student should be familiar with making a wire wrap.) Note: If you do not know how to do a wire wrap, you can either sign up for one of the classes listed above.
