Yard Sale Fundraiser from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 12th at 1529 Union Street in Alameda. Your purchase or donation helps raise funds for Alameda Backyard Growers' free community programming. We'll have furniture, electronics, books, music CDs, and other household items for sale. Stop to shop or swing by to say hi, learn more about ABG, and tell us about your garden. We'd love to see you!

Alameda Backyard Growers began in February 2010 as a grassroots network of new and experienced gardeners and residents with fruit trees. Members grow food in their own backyards and donate their extra fruits and vegetables to the Alameda Food Bank. In the process, we get to know our neighbors, have fun, share information and resources, and grow community one veggie at a time.
