Yoga is for everyone! This gentle flow class is a wonderful and effective introduction to physical fitness. Build strength and body confidence, and feel good doing it! Having effectively dropped over 60 lbs and maintained a healthy body weight for over three years, instructor Jen Strongin is passionate about sharing her tools of yoga to help achieve a healthy body weight in addition to relief from back pain, stress, depression and insomnia.
