h2hotel's Spoonbar to host 5-course Campo De Encanto Pisco Dinner - June 21 at 6 p.m.

Enjoy a 5-course meal with an Encanto Pisco cocktail paired with each dish.

On Tuesday, June 21 at 6 p.m., h2hotel’s Spoonbar – the hotel’s contemporary American cuisine restaurant – invites guests to join Executive Chefs Casey and Patrick Van Voorhis, Bar Manager Alec Vlastnik and Encanto President and Co-Founder Walter Moore as they combine their talents for the Campo De Encanto Pisco Dinner - an exceptional five-course meal with an Encanto Pisco cocktail paired with each dish.

Along with the meal at Spoonbar, guests will learn about the legacy of Pisco – a white brandy known as the most mixable spirit – and stories of how Healdsburg-resident Walter Moore and his company have used it to create signature cocktails.
