Sunday, October 4 at Alameda Point - 9 am – 1 pm
If you missed the last Household Hazardous Waste drop off event - there’s one just around the corner. Now’s a great time to clean out your garage, basement or under the sink and get rid of stuff you don’t need, like leftover paint, pesticides, old electronics and computers. You can bring all of your leftover hazardous products to the free Drop-Off Event at Alameda Point on October 4. You don’t even have to get out of your car.

Just register for a drop off time at: www.stopwaste.org/onedayevent and you’ll receive event details and packing instructions. The event is free for all Alameda County homeowners and renters. There are dedicated drop off times and a separate process for business owners.
This event is sponsored by Alameda County Household Hazardous Waste with support from the city of Alameda Public Works and StopWaste – a public agency whose mission is to reduce waste in Alameda County.
