For the past seven years Tom Squire has worked on heat shield materials for spacecraft. Tom will talk about the role that Ames Research Center plays in missions and give some insight to NASA and the space program. Kiwanis will meet at the Elks Lodge in Alameda on April 1 at 6:30 PM with cocktails and dinner. Reservations are necessary for this meeting and can be made by contacting alamedakiwanis@gmail.com.
