Prenatal Partners Workshop, Sunday 2/14

Join HypnoBirthing instructor and doula, Amy Vlacich, and Prenatal Yoga instructor Beth Zygielbaum for this sweet workshop designed for the pregnant mother and her birth partner (husband, partner, wife, doula, friend, sister, etc). Workshop will include discussion, yoga practice, partner poses, hands-on techniques for labor support, breathing exercises and meditation, and a resource packet. Price per couple: $40 early registration, $50 week of workshop.
