Senior Health, Fitness Fair Held In Alameda

ALAMEDA, CA — AEC Living hosted a Senior Health and Fitness Fair last Wednesday at The Mastick Senior Center in Alameda.

A good crowd turned out for the fun event which featured a mini senior fitness test with a certified personal trainer, free blood pressure and glucose check from Alameda Hospital, health talks in the Media Room, a presentation on fall prevention in the home, a food demo by Dan Avakian of Dan’s Produce, and prescription drug recycling.

And don't forget bocce ball on their beautiful court!
