OAKLAND, CA — A Sig-alert has been issued as the middle lanes of southbound Interstate Highway 880 in Oakland just south of 23rd Street are currently blocked due to an overturned vehicle, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP said the No. 2 and 3 lanes are blocked. Three lanes were blocked at one time, but the center lane has been cleared, according to the CHP.
