According to police, a car was stopped at High Street and Otis Drive for failing to display license plates on both bumpers. Officer Larsen noticed several alcohol bottles in the vehicle. ALAMEDA, CA — Alameda Police recovered several bottles of stolen alcohol last weekend and arrested one suspect.
