Two Year Olds

Right at this moment my now two year old daughter is refusing to take a nap. She is up running around my room laughing and giggling I've gotten up and put her back in bed five times I've smacked her butt and told her to stay in bed. I've also taken away toys and turned off cartoons. Nothing is working she just keeps laughing and giggling I'm about to lose my mind and I can't get anything done. 

She also has started mockingly saying nope to me every time I say to do something this is the most annoying thing she has ever done and every time she says it I just wanna scream. Mean while I work hard all day long correcting her so that her dad can come home and baby her and then I get to start all over in the morning. Anyone else have these issues the week after their kids second birthday it's like they go to sleep and wake up someone completely different.
