What are the rules about running a business from your home in Alameda?
A new person in our apartment building is now giving “therapeutic massages” and “crystal readings“ from her unit. Foot traffic has increased tremendously in what awas a nice quiet courtyard. Some of her clients look sketchy and we have small children living here. What’s the best way to find out if this is legal? The landlord is not interested in investigating - she just wants the rent money.
