Zombie Apocalypse? Right Here in Alameda?

Local actress and Alameda Patch reader Katherine Park writes, "A web series called The Living is being filmed in Alameda, and released on YouTube with over 2,000 followers.

"The Living is about a man surviving in a massive public health crisis in a real-life zombie apocalypse. Alameda's unique backdrop as an island city makes a stunning backdrop to the show.

"Directed by Johnny Brillantes (Alameda) and Frank Hernandez (Emeryville), The Living is a 12-episode series, with new episodes airing every Wednesday."

The series is produced by Six Days Remaining.
