APAL Wrestlers End Successful Season

For the past few months, the Albany High School wrestling room has been filled with hard working young wrestlers.  Under the guidance of Coaches Rose and Quincy the Albany Police Activities League middle school aged boys and girls learned good sportsmanship along with basic and more advanced wrestling techniques.  All of this effort and practice resulted in an outstanding season full of both personal and team successes.

The season included several dual meets which are smaller events with other teams giving wresters and opportunity to compete against new opponents. The wrestlers also enjoyed the camaraderie and team building on the bus trips going to these events.  

The APAL wrestlers participated in 3 tournaments during the season with outstanding results:
