The <a href="https://albany.patch.com/topics/albany-aquatic-center" rel="noopener" target="_blank">albany pool</a> has recently changed the schedule to allow people under 14 to join a number of lap swim sessions while accompanied by an adult.  This is a very unique move (most pools do not allow people under 14 to swim laps), and one that I applaud.  Please spread the word.
