Albany Education Foundation Scoops for Schools

An old fashioned ice cream social comes Sunday to thank the community for its support.

The (AEF) invites the community to on Sunday, April 29, from 1-4 p.m. at the .  This free old fashioned ice cream social is a THANK YOU to the community for supporting the AEF. Enjoy ice cream served by local “Celebrity Scoopers” and home-baked cookies while enjoying student musical performances. Student art will also be on display.

The Albany Education Foundation wishes to extend a huge thank you to Matt and Marcie Wyss, owners of Serves You Right catering, for their donation of the ice cream and all of the delicious toppings for this event. They have made this donation, even arranging the delivery and storage of the frozen treats, for many years. THANK YOU!

There will also be exceptional silent auction items available. Two tickets for the San Francisco Giants game on May 21 against the Oakland A’s highlight these items. Also available are miniature golf passes at Malibu Grand Prix, passes to the Wax Museum, private Pilates sessions with Sandy Endo, admission to the Punchline Theater, a family pass to Old Faithful Geyser, membership in the Old Sacramento Foundation, tickets to the Buddy Club, tickets to Broadway By the Bay, a day pass for two at Great America, day camp discount at Camp Tzofim, a tow hour landscape design consultation with Sarah Ray Design, gift certificates for Funky Door Yoga, a landscape consultation with Sue Oda, a day trip in a Miata convertible to a State Park, and two tickets to the CAL–So. Utah football game on Sept. 8, 2012.
