Blog: Unique Classic Cars on July 4, Presented by the Albany Police Activities League

Do you like looking at unique cars and visiting with people who have lovingly restored them? The (APAL) will be hosting a Classic Car Show on Wednesday, July 4, from noon to 3 p.m. at Memorial Park, that is sure to interest you. Among the amazing cars to be shown are:  

v  1947 Lincoln convertible

v  1966 Ford Galaxie

v  1967 Buick Riviera

v  1962 Mercury Meteor

v  1947 Lincoln Club Coupe

v  1929 Ford Model A Roadster

This car show is a new event at the and will be held on Portland Avenue between Carmel and Ramona avenues. Prizes will be awarded in several categories, including the “Fan Favorite” selected by the vote of the people. will be choosing the "Mayor’s Choice." Thanks to the sponsors of this event, Berkeley Motor Works, D & M Auto Body, and Adhesive Products, Inc., all participants will receive goodie bags.
