As the Alameda County Community Food Bank braces for a spike in need during the summer months, members of the Oakland Raiders are partnering with the Food Bank to help their neighbors in need.
Oakland Raiders star linebacker Aaron Curry will host a Summer Food & Fund drive on June 29 to support the Food Bank’s hunger relief efforts.
- Where: The Raider Image, 8450 Edgewater Drive, Oakland
- When: Friday, June 29, from 4 – 6 p.m.
- What: To meet and sign autographs for fans who make a minimum donation of $20 or 20 non-perishable food items, such as canned meats and vegetables, pasta and sauce, peanut butter and low-sugar cereal.
