Albany High School Musicians Showcase Their Talents at Outdoor Concert

The Albany community is invited to join the Albany High School bands and the Albany Community Foundation at a new and exciting event this spring. On Tuesday, May 21, the AHS Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, and Orchestra will perform a free outdoor concert for the entire community in Memorial Park starting at 7 p.m.
Food vendors from Fat Daddy’s BBQ, Dojo Dog, Jamba Juice and the MacGregor High School culinary arts program will be on site starting at 6 p.m. so come early and enjoy a preconcert picnic dinner in the park. Of course, you may also provide your own food.
Albany High School’s award winning music program promises to provide an evening of delightful entertainment. This end of the year concert will showcase the talents of these remarkable musicians to the entire community on the park’s outdoor stage. This is a wonderful opportunity for students in the elementary and middle schools to hear the high school performers and imagine their futures as musicians at Albany High School.
