Volunteers Needed for Unique Opportunity
Help us shape the next four years of service and legislative priorities by volunteering for our Hunger Study survey.
Presidential elections, Olympics, leap years ... and the Food Bank's hunger study?
Each happens every four years. Each (except maybe leap years) takes a lot of effort and plays a big role in shaping the landscape for years to come. In our case, the Hunger Study helps shape our program, strategic plans and legislative priorities.
In other words: It's a big deal. And we need your help!
Volunteers are needed to help us survey clients at food pantries and other distribution sites around the county. Specifically we need volunteers who are able to take several 4-hour shifts between April and August, are comfortable using technology and (preferably) are bilingual in Spanish/English, Vietnamese/English and Mandarin/English.
