Thanks to the City Council's forward thinking Albany has finally moved into the 2003's. How about if we make the next jump up to 2013?
Albany is 1/2 square mile, populated by bright community conscious folks. PERFECT for a Free Hi Sped internet test site. I suggest Albany explore parterships with Google, Apple, MS, HP or any other big internet vendor.
