The Fixit Clinic returned to the Albany Community Center on Sunday, June 9.
According to their face book page, their mission is to “Fix your broken stuff -- Or at least learn more about it disassembling it.”
The main hall was filled with tables containing equipment to fix almost anything with willing and capable folks waiting to guide you in the assessment, disassembly and possible repair of their electronics, appliances, computers, toys or whatever else appeared.
Learning how the object was designed and put together and how it worked was a key component of the afternoon and almost as important as actually fixing it.
Both children and adults were having good time at the Fixit Clinic and hopefully learned more about how things work and methods of repairing them.
