Change of Heart Workout-Fundraiser to Benefit American Heart Association at All In One Fitness Gym

All In One Fitness Gym will be hosting a Change of Heart Workout to help benefit the American Heart Association

All In One Fitness is excited to be hosting our first workout/fundraiser on Saturday February 7th, 2015 at our gym located at 614 San Pablo Ave in Albany.  Join us by participating in the workout or helping to cheer others on in a fun total body workout, followed by refreshments and information on preventing heart disease.

Change of Heart is a grass roots fitness program, presented by SELF, that was created to educate women about heart disease in support of American Heart Association's  Go Red for Women Movement.

Heart disease is the number one killer of women yet only one in five American women believe that heart disease is their greatest health threat.  With awareness, education, and care, heart disease can be prevented.
