Study Session: The Council discussed and reviewed updates to the City Council Strategic Plan. A special meeting will be set to continue the discussion.
Racial Equity Impact Plan Final Draft Presentation: The Council acknowledged receipt of the final draft of the City's Racial Equity Impact Plan.

Presentation on Annual Fire Prevention Measures on Albany Hill: The Council received an informational presentation on annual fire prevention measures on Albany Hill.
Overview of Albany's American Rescue Plan Act Allocation: The Council received a report on an overview of the Albany's American Rescue Plan Act, provided direction to staff to allocate funds toward grants for businesses, grants for rental relief, mental health, and homeless services. As information for this Act is updated, this item will return to Council's future meetings.
Public Hearing to authorize collection of delinquent garbage bills by placement on the Alameda County property tax roll: The Council confirmed the special assessment list for delinquent residential garbage bills, and authorized the delinquent charges to be placed on the Alameda County property tax roll.
Designation of a City Council Member to provide public comment regarding proposed Albany Village Graduate Student Housing Project: The Council directed staff to set up follow-up meeting with University of California Berkeley and to include this item in the next Special City Council meeting.
School District's Request for City Council to consider a Charter amendment to authorize the District to offer low-income household exemptions for future parcel taxes or other potential alternatives to accomplish the same: Council did not take any action. City Attorney's staff report.
