The Albany Police Department is investigating the report of a 17 year-old Albany High School student who on 10/18/2021, at approximately 9:05 AM, was approached by a man in a vehicle near San Pablo and Portland as she was walking to school. It was reported that the individual pulled alongside the student and started showing her what appeared to be pornographic images from his phone. The student ignored the man and arrived at school safely and reported the incident to school staff and the police department. The following suspect description was provided by the victim:

•  Vehicle: Black 4 door car – Possible license plate started with 6AT
• Suspect Description: White male in 30’s, pale complexion, short dark black/brown hair, dark colored eyes, stubbly short dark brown beard, chubby face, and approximately 180-200 lbs.
