The Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation - UPRR/USDA CIPP Lining project kicks off Monday October 4th at 8PM at Ocean View Park and the USDA Facility, south of Buchanan. Construction will not be occurring within the public right-of-way but residents may observe construction activity adjacent to the street, including occasional night work that is anticipated to extend through the month of October.
