Community Input Welcomed at Board of Education's Work Study Session to Develop the Process for Future Budget Priority Meetings

Albany Unified School District ​Board of Education Work Study Session: “To Develop the Process for Future Budget Priority Meetings” on Tuesday, September 23, 2014: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at Albany City Hall, 1000 San Pablo Avenue.

The Board of Education invites you to join the discussion at the Board of Education’s Work Study Session to Develop the Process for Future Budget Priority Meetings. The Board Work Study Session is scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at Albany City Hall, 1000 San Pablo Avenue.

At the Board Work Study Session, the Board will hear from staff regarding the state of public education funding, the District’s budget, and begin the process of collecting valued and appreciated employee and community input on education priorities.

The Board of Education is committed to create a budget review/priorities process that is transparent, accessible, and fully inclusive of all stakeholders. Please plan to attend to hear the Board develop the process that will be used to collect your input.
