About the Club

Tottenham Hotspur East Bay is an official Youth Soccer Club Partner of the top-tier English Premier League team Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, enabling us to channel its world-class player and coach development resources into making your youth soccer experience amazing and differentiated from anything else out there.

We have over 1,000 players, from age 3 to 18, and teams of all levels from Recreational to Premier. There’s a place for everyone and we provide unparalleled opportunities for player growth. Spurs also has highly competitive semi-pro men’s & women’s teams made up mainly of Spurs own youth coaches

A Different Kind of Tryout

The purpose of our tryouts is team placement (determining the best team within the club for each player to start the year at), not to assess whether players are good enough to make our teams. We are in the business of developing great players...Not picking them to assemble strong teams to go out and win games. If at all possible, every player who tries out will make a team, and every player in good standing on every team will play at least 50% of the time.

The complete tryouts schedule for boys & girls born in 2002 or later is below. The tryout schedule for older players will be announced soon, and the tryouts for them will occur in late February or early March.

• All tryouts are on turf fields and will be held rain or shine
• Please sign up online ahead of time if at all possible, but drop-in’s welcome
• Bring water, cleats, and shin guards
• Age groups are birth-year-based, and players may only attend tryouts in their own age group

In addition to Competitive Youth Soccer, we’re also currently registering players for the following programs:

Lil’ Spurs (for 3-5-year-olds)

Only $75 for the next 6-week season, which starts this weekend. Training for one hour each Saturday morning from 9am-10am and games for one hour each Sunday morning, also from 9am - 10am. For this next winter season only, the program will be held indoors at the El Cerrito High gymnasium. The subsequent Spring , Summer, and Fall seasons will be held outdoors at local parks.
