Captivating Cupcake

Teen ages 10-15

Learn the fundamentals of baking a cupcake by using your creativity and imagination while having fun in the kitchen. Sample a finished product at the end of each class like Vanilla Sprinkle or classic Red Velvet with a cream cheese frosting. The last class in the series focuses on decorating and embellishing cupcake creations to any occasion.  We will briefly go over fondant making, piping, frosting and using other yummy treats to create a tantalizing finished product
