Reduce tension, enhance sleep and well-being the natural way! You will learn simple yet effective breathing, seated meditation and guided visualization techniques based on yoga, qi gong and ayurveda, plus individualized personalized mind-body awareness tips.

Handouts and relaxation CD included.  $15 material fee paid to instructor.
