Livetronica duo Downloop plays a "live PA" set of improvisational downtempo, house, drum & bass, dub, and trip hop at Kingman's Ivy Room on the corner of San Pablo and Solano in Albany.
Downloop uses live instruments, synths, electronic effects, ambient samples and live looping to create a continuous and ever changing mix of musical flavors that draw from retro and contemporary influences of rock, funk, jazz and EDM.
The Ivy Room has a full bar, a pool table, and plenty of couches for your chillin' pleasure.
