This yoga class is open to people of any or no yoga experience. We will focus on body awareness, proper alignment, and the use of the breath to hold poses and to flow between them. Students will develop increased flexibility, strength and energy. We will also learn relaxation techniques to reduce stress and center the mind. Yoga mats are provided. Wear comfortable clothes and bare feet.
