Grad Night for the Class of 2012 is at Albany Bowl on Friday, June 8, from midnight to 5 a.m. You will be receiving in the mail a party agreement form that must be signed and submitted when you purchase a ticket.

11:30-1:30am; 1:30am - 3:00am; 3:00am-5:00am

SENIORS:
In order to purchase a ticket to attend Grad night 2012, you must:
- Complete and have signed Grad Night Party Agreement and complete and have signed the Approval and Waiver form. Both items are enclosed in the mailing that's going out to families, but you can also download both forms in the single PDF attached at the bottom of this page.
- Pay $40 in cash or check:
- payable to AHS PTSA
- write the student’s name and “Grad Night 2012” in the memo line.
- If you or your parents can afford to do so, please include a donation with your payment for your ticket. These donations will be used to fund scholarship tickets. Your scholarship donation can help a student celebrate, who otherwise might not be able to attend. Simply write your check for more than the ticket price or include a little extra cash. Thank you!
The Grad Night Party Agreement, Approval and Waiver Form, and payment can be:
- Mailed to 603 Key Route Blvd., Albany, CA 94706, Attn: PTSA, Grad Night
- Dropped off in the Main Office.
- Brought to a ticket table, which will be set up on the following dates:
- Wednesday May 30 at lunch outside the Main Office
- Friday June 1 at Senior Assembly in the Gym Lobby
- Monday June 4 at lunch outside the Main Office
- Tuesday June 5 at lunch outside the Main Office
- Wednesday June 6 at lunch outside the Main Office
- Thursday June 7 at lunch outside the Main Office
- Friday June 8 at graduation practice in the Gym Lobby
After receiving the signed Grad Night Party Agreement, the signed Approval and Waiver Form, and payment, the student’s name will be recorded on a master list, which will be posted in the Main Office window. Incomplete forms will be returned.
Students may purchase tickets at the door for $50 ($10 above the advance sale price) but students must have already turned in OR have in hand, completed and signed Party Agreements and Waivers.
