Join the "How to Lower Your Carbon Footprint" class April 12!

You can't control gas prices, but you can learn how to use less of it!

Are you a concerned citizen interested in cutting your costs, while helping the environment, saving energy, water and carbon emissions?
  Join this fun and engaging, FREE, four-session course where you’ll be supported to learn how to dramatically reduce your impact on the environment, save money and foster a Greener Albany.

  During this course you will learn to:
  •  Calculate your carbon footprint.
  • Create a plan and learn simple ways to reduce your footprint that works with your household and lifestyle.
  • Get support and share ideas with other community group members along the way.
  • Save money, energy, water, emissions and feel good about it!
  • Learn how to become a leader in helping others lower their carbon footprints too.

Course: How to Lower Your Carbon Footprint (a 4-session class sponsored by Green Albany)

Class dates are: April 12, 19, 26, May 3

Time: 6-7:30 pm

Location: Albany Senior Center, 846 Masonic Avenue, Albany (close to Solano and Key Route Blvd.)

Cost: Free for Albany resident, $10 for non-Albany resident, workbook is $11 for everyone
