Luciano lives in the remote Huichol ceremonial center of Santa Catarina in the Sierra Madre mountains of Jalisco. He brings loads of brightly colored yarn paintings, bead work and jewelry made by his family and by members of his community.
The Huichol people are in a war with multi-national corporate mining interests whose intentions are to destroy sacred sites in their quest for resources (the Avatar story, but here on our own planet).
