Indian Vegetarian Cooking

In these 3-hour workshops, students will be shown how to prepare mouth-watering vegetarian dishes from the cuisines of India. At the end of the class, students can enjoy a multi-course meal. $7 material fee paid to the instructor. Note: 1-week pre-registration required. Session 1:  Lemon and ginger lentil soup with spices and fresh cilantro, brown rice, vegetable stew in coconut milk, spicy okra in gravy Session 2:  Sweet potato spicy curry, carrot-lentilcucumber.

This class is for adults and meets 1 time.
